Who we are

Heat Pump Rebate Ontario is an independent service that helps Ontario homeowners find and claim heat pump rebates. We are not affiliated with the Government of Ontario, Save on Energy, Enbridge, or Natural Resources Canada.

What we collect

When you use our rebate calculator or contact form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone, postal code, home heating type, and system preference) along with basic technical data (page URL and marketing source/UTM parameters).

How we use it

We use your information to estimate your rebate, confirm your eligibility, and connect you with a registered contractor who can handle your rebate application. We contact you only about your rebate. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the registered contractor matched to your project and with the service providers we use to operate the site and manage enquiries (for example, our CRM and notification tools). They process your data on our behalf.

Consent (CASL)

By submitting a form, you consent to us contacting you about your rebate. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we’ll help.
